Staff
This is the staff of Echo Ranch Bible Camp. They are dedicated to living and serving in light of the gospel of Jesus Christ. All of our staff have been approved through Avant Ministries and must raise money each year in order to be apart of Echo Ranch. When camp is not in session some live in the communities of Juneau, Sitka, Petersburg, and Ketchikan, while others spend the winter in the lower 48. Please pray for our staff, that God would enable them to provide the best camping experience possible.

Adam is the current program director while Nadja manages the camp store known as the Trading Post. |
 | Leah Boeschling
Leah is in charge of housekeeping and lives in Sitka during the fall and winter. |
 | Bob and Mary Ehmann
Bob and Mary reside in Florida during the winter months. Bob is on staff as team leader. |
 | The Fersters
Matt and Nanci Jo Ferster are in charge of the horse program. They currently live in Sitka during the fall/winter. |
 | Ray and Lyn Fish
Ray is the Wilderness Program director and Lyn is an administrative assistant, manages the craft program, coordinates the Homeschool Retreat and Pastors' Retreat. The Fish family lives in Petersburg during the fall/winter. |
 | Jon-Michael Gwinnell
Jon-Michael works with the program to help promote camp and run the various youth activities around camp. |
 | The King Family
Lance is our in-town services director. His job is to coordinate airport runs and purchase any orders for camp. Jessica manages the camp finances. |
 | Denise Pritt
Denise is an RN from Ohio and with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Unversity of Toledo College of Medicine. |
 | Nick Powell
Nick Powell is the activities director and recruitment coordinator. Nick spends his fall/winter in Ohio and traveling to recruit counselors and staff for the following summer. |

Rick is director of camp logistics and Pat is our head cook. They live in Ketchikan during the fal/winter |
 | The Showers Family
Lee Showers is our facilities director. Missy runs the camp registration. Cayla works with the horses. The Showers live in Juneau during the fall/winter. |

Brynden is the director of support staff. She lives in Juneau during the fall/winter. |
