Your financial donations make it possible for us to keep sharing the love of Jesus in Southeast Alaska!

Below is a list of a funds and projects that we are currently seeking donations for. Scroll down for more information about the ways you can give toward these funds!

Our current biggest need:

The Snow Relief Fund

In January 2026, record snowfall in Juneau impacted our community, creating dangers and causing critical damage to structures all over town, including the collapse of our Diller Fieldhouse. This building contained our Gym, Game Room, Craft Room, Weight Room, and Loft (summer staff hangout space). We also store most of our vehicles in the Fieldhouse during the winter, and some of them were damaged or destroyed in the collapse.

This is a big loss, but we’re trusting God as we clean up the damage and make plans to restore and rebuild. We’ve submitted an insurance claim, but it will take time to process and will not cover the whole cost of the building and vehicles that have been destroyed. With summer quickly approaching, if you feel led to support us by contributing toward the costs we’re facing, we invite you to partner with us by giving toward our Snow Relief Fund. This fund will be used to cover costs of cleanup and demolition and replacing vehicles and equipment.

You can give toward this fund through Avant Ministries’ website by giving to Echo Ranch and including a note designating your gift toward the Snow Relief Fund. All you have to do is:

  1. Go to Avant Ministries’ project page for Echo Ranch Bible Camp (click here.)

  2. Enter the amount you want to give and click “Give.”

  3. On the Checkout page, in the text box that says “Sub-Account” (right below the option to make your donation anonymous), type “Snow Relief Fund.”

    A real person in Avant Ministries’ office will process your donation and ensure it goes toward the correct fund and you will receive an email confirmation and tax-deductible donation receipt.

  • The General Fund

    Our largest operating costs each year are food for our campers and staff, fuel for our vehicles and generators, and hay for our horses! Your gift to this fund literally helps keep camp running every day, and helps us address other unforeseen needs that arise.

  • Camper Scholarship Fund

    Each year, Echo Ranch extends on average $20,000 in camp scholarships and travel aid to families who need financial assistance to send their children to camp. We need continued contributions to this fund to be able to offer these scholarships. Help give an Alaskan kid the best week of their summer!

  • Haines Renovations Project

    We recently completed our next phase in our long-term project to renovate the Echo Ranch Haines infrastructure: building a new bathhouse up the hill at camp, one that is much closer to the cabins and much more pleasant to use and maintain. The next steps in the plan include finishing renovations in the dining hall.

Support a Staff Member

Did you know that Echo Ranch doesn’t pay any of its full-time staff? All the full-time staff of ERBC are missionaries with Avant Ministries, responsible for fundraising their own finances to serve at camp. Without direct financial support to our staff, there would be no one to keep camp running. You can support one of our staff members or families with a one-time gift or a monthly commitment!

Partner with us while grocery shopping!

We’re excited to announce a new partnership we have with one of our local grocery chains, Fred Meyer! Echo Ranch Bible Camp is now part of Fred Meyer’s Community Rewards program, which provides a fundraising opportunity for organizations local to Fred Meyer stores. When you link your Fred Meyer account to our organization, they will donate a percentage of your spending to ERBC at no added cost to you!

You can participate simply by linking your Fred Meyer Shopper’s Card to ERBC and shopping at Fred’s. All you need to do to enroll is:

  1. Log in to your Fred Meyer account on their website

  2. Go to the Community Rewards section under your Account page

  3. Search for our organization either by name (“Avant Ministries DBA Echo Ranch Bible Camp”) or by our organization number (GX783)

  4. Enroll to your account, and you’re all set! Fred Meyer will handle the rest; all you have to do is shop.
